What happens if my pet does not get used to the new furniture? Can special sizes be ordered? Can Rondo withstand a large, heavy cat?

Will my pet accept the furniture?

When selecting the materials, in particular the cushion materials, we conducted sufficient studies with our pets and pets which are known to us. We laid out materials and the animals decided on this particular fleece material. This is a high-quality, very soft Polartec fleece which, with its fluffy and warm properties, is very well accepted. For the cushion fillings, a special latex flaked mixture is used which adapts to the body well and retains this shape. A stable hollow which animals love is formed.

What happens if my pet does not get used to the new furniture?

No problems. We will pick up the furniture from your premises. Within 2 weeks you can return your order without any questions asked. If your pet requires some more time to get itself familiarized, we will not be upset about it, just inform us in order so we can extend the period for taking back. Just send us a short e-mail. We will then contact you and inform you when we will pick up the item (in its original packaging). The invoice amount will be immediately reimbursed.

My country is not listed in the list of forwarding expenses.

Please inform us in which product you are interested and to which place the item will be delivered. We will be glad to submit a quotation regarding the actually occurring forwarding expenses and delivery times to your premises.

Are you doubtful if the new furniture will fit to your home?

If you determine after receiving the ordered material that you do not like the product, we will pick up the item without any questions. If required, we can also send you color and material samples beforehand without engagement. Just send us a short e-mail and we will send you original samples. Just send us a short e-mail. Can Rondo withstand a large, heavy cat?

Thanks to RONDOs heavy standing base, there is no danger of it tipping over even when large, heavy cats use it. The metal substructure is extraordinarily stable. When mounting Rondo Wall on the wall, it must of course be ensured that the wall plugs and screws sit perfectly in the wall.

Of course. Because we work exclusively with small manufacturing companies on an order basis, special requests can be catered for at any time. Simply give us a ring.
